Since there is no known legal requirement for the present calendar, I invented my own.
Why is global warming going to cause us to change our Calendar?
The new World Calendar.

The answer is the same for both. It is the global warming overlooked law of physics. It is the Olympic Skater syndrome. Global warming is melting the polar ice caps and the mountain snows and glaciers. We all know that. Witness the largest iceberg ever that just broke off from Antarctica. What everyone reads about is that the oceans will rise. What no one talks about is, where. The earth is just like the Olympic Skater who spins faster by raising her arms straight up and slows down by spreading them out. As the oceans rise ever so little that water will spin it self towards the equator. As that water reaches the equator, just like the Olympic Skater, the earth will slow down, thus causing a longer day. The longer day causes more heating and the cycle repeats.
In addition the extra water at the equator causes a new unbalanced weight on the earth's crust. This causes the continental plates to want sink at the equator and rise at the poles where there is less weight.. This pushes more water to the equator where the sunken plates are like a large depression in the ground for the water to flow to. This cause more water to pile up in the oceans at the equator, bringing more weight on the continental plates. The cycle repeats.
As the plates shift we have earth quakes. Because the weight is being applied all around the equator, the quakes will circle the globe. We see that already happening.
One other small detail. This all happens because the earth is like a gyro. As gyros slow down, they wobble and fall down. Our earth already has a wobble. The question is, fall down to where? A gyro falls to the table because of the earth's gravity. If the earth is spinning on a gravitational "table". where is the "table?" The sun? The Constellations? The galaxy? I hope this comes later not sooner, but things seem to be accelerating.

A new factor is that according to the Discovery Channel, the western ice shelf on Antarctica is sliding off faster than the eastern ice shelf. This will create more instability and wobble around the earth's axis. This could be the factor that causes the earth to break up at some year in the far future.

How to find the files Microsoft is hiding from you in windows 95 that are going to be used by hackers and terrorists.
Why Microsoft is really fighting to keep Internet Explorer in Win95/98!
This part was written in 1999.
What is important is not what files they hid, but the mechanics of how they hid them.
The hidden files disclosed below can normally only be found on machines running versions of I.E. before Version 4. How or where they hid them after I complained about it is unknown to me.
Microsoft has changed the rules again, and may be up to something they are not telling anyone.
You can no longer access anything on www.Microsoft.com except maybe a game unless you are willing to allow them to put a cookie on your machine, so they can "track" your use of their web page. That's bad enough but it gets worse.
I refused their cookie and they still left me a message from Guess who? cookie:administrator@Microsoft.com.
Still worse:
I found two files mm2048.dat and mm256.dat that had been updated. They were about 8K in size.
Still worse yet:
I found 4 more versions of each of these file in subdirectories under c:\windows\temporary internet files in 4 directories no one can see:
cache1, cache2, cache3, cache4. their totals in each of these directories is almost 1 meg. A total of almost 4 megs. What information is Microsoft taking illegally? Those four subdirectories are hidden with special code. I have Explorer set up to show all hidden folders (subdirectories) and files, which it does. It will not show these 4 folders.
Now more bad news:
The only way for Explorer to show these files is to go to DOS and change the attribute of any 1 of the 4 subdirectories from hidden to unhidden and then they ALL! 4 show up. Why didn't they show the first with I.E. set to show them? Crazy, but this had to have been programmed into WIN95 in 1994. When you reboot, the files are re-hidden without running Internet Explorer. More Early Win95 programming? These files do not show when using dir <filename> /a/s. This means that Microsoft has file attributes they have never told us about. No wonder hacker are having a field day.
Of course if you thought that was bad:
Remember those mm2048.dat and mm256.dat files I found in the cache subfolders. They do not show when Explorer sees the folders even when they are not hidden files. and they are not counted any place even in DOS! More programming in DOS 7.0?
And now the worst of all:
In the c:\windows\temporary internet files
folder is a file called desktop.ini. As hard as I tried I could
not get Explorer to show this file. I also could not get edit.com
to open the file. I had to copy it out to a new directory and
boot DOS to open the file. What undisclosed attributes dose this
take?
It has these contents:

I cannot even to begin imaging the programming this took or how early on. And people wonder why Microsoft is fighting so hard to keep Internet Explorer. They can track all the unlicensed software. If I hadn't just paid $1400.00 for Microsoft software I'd be scared mad, instead I am incensed at the invasion of my privacy for no good reason.
Summary: If Microsoft was not up to no good or something illegal, why would they go to all the trouble to hide all this?
As I was posting this to my site it has occurred to me that hackers and terrorists may have found these undocumented file attributes, figured them out, and are going to use them on us Jan 1, 2000. Someone should make Microsoft cough up these attributes. I don't know how to find these files in Win 98 or NT.
